Denise Walsh

Denise Walsh joined the firm in 2017 and is responsible for all legal affairs relating to mergers and acquisitions, employment, trade secret and intellectual property protection, producer recruitment, governance and corporate transactions. Prior to joining Galway, Denise was in private practice as a partner in a well-known New Jersey law firm focusing on M&A, business disputes and corporate counseling.
She has broad experience in litigation, the structuring and negotiating of mergers and acquisitions, drafting operating and shareholders agreements, business formation documents, corporate resolutions and complex contracts. Denise has been practicing law in New Jersey and New York since 2002 after receiving her BA magna cum laude at Seton Hall University and her JD, also magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law.
