Coverage

CARGO LIABILITY

Our Cargo Liability policy insures our Logistics Liability clients for their legal liability for damage to cargo shipped under their Bill of Lading or Airway Bill.

CONTINGENT CARGO

Our Contingent Cargo policy provides coverage, on a contingent basis, for damage to your customers’ cargo in the exclusive custody of a hired Motor Carrier.

With our Contingent Cargo policy, our Logistics Liability clients provide a greater level of protection to their shippers. While many other “liability” coverage forms defend your organization when their policy is triggered, our Contingent Cargo policy responds by indemnifying the shipper for their loss.
