EPIC Domestic Logistics leader Adam Green will moderate a panel discussion considering the significant role freight brokers play in the global supply chain. Panelists Jared Palmer from Backhaul Direct and Andrew deKlerk from Frilot will discuss the ways that freight brokers can manage their automobile liability exposure. The 45-minute session will include a review of broker/shipper contracts, how to develop a comprehensive insurance program, strengthening the carrier vetting process, a discussion of recent litigation, and strategies to protect organizations from transportation-related risk.
