CONNECT WITH OUR TEAM
What to Expect from EPIC
Client service excellence and strong client advocacy are the backbone of the National Energy Construction Practice value proposition. Each member of our marketing and service team has a commitment to excellence in delivering superior customer service. Each team member has completed or is in process of obtaining their Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designation. CRIS is an industry-recognized designation with a curriculum developed exclusively for the construction industry. We take understanding your industry and serving your business very seriously.
Many brokers employ in-house claims people who are generalist to handle a variety of client-related claim matters across a wide spectrum of industries. EPIC does too, where appropriate. However, our National Energy Construction Practice also includes an Energy Construction Claims Specialist as an integral part of our service team. Having a claims expert focused directly and immediately on our clients’ needs allows us to respond to our clients’ claims much faster and more effectively than brokers stuck in a more institutional approach.
Clients
Our many clients across the country include pipeline contractors, mechanical contractors, drillers and service providers specializing in energy or construction-related commerce. Our team has experience handling both Union and non-Union clients.
In addition, we are active members of many industry associations including the INGAA Foundation, APCA, PLCA, DCA and GPSA.
