Employee responses from the fastest-growing territory at EPIC speaks volumes to the company’s presence and momentum in Texas
EPIC was named one of the Best Companies to Work for in Texas in 2021, and it was recently announced that while not only joining the list of Top 100 companies in the state, EPIC ranked number 11. The award reflects the opinions of EPIC employees who completed a survey that included details on company policies, practices, benefits, and demographics.
The award program has been recognizing Texas’s best companies since 2006 and was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Texas, benefiting the state’s economy, businesses, and employees.

In order to be eligible, companies had to have at least 15 employees working in Texas; be a for-profit or nonprofit business or government entity; be publicly or privately held; have a facility in Texas; and be in operation for at least one year. Winners were determined by scoring the company’s benefits and policies portion (25%) and employee survey responses about what it is like to work for their companies (75%). Combined scores determined the top 100 companies.
