Mendez Bolsters National Commitment to Surety Practice
EPIC Insurance Brokers and Consultants, a retail property and casualty insurance brokerage and employee benefits consultant, announced today that Kristine Mendez has joined the firm. She will be based in Newport Beach, CA.
Mendez is an experienced surety broker working with both contract and commercial clients, in the private and public sector, with revenues that range from $30MM – $2.5B. She is also an experienced subject matter expert in placing and managing Subcontractor Default Insurance (SDI).
Mendez joins EPIC from AON, where she was a director. In this role, she was responsible for delivering expert consulting, placement, and management of her client’s surety and SDI needs. Her background also includes experience as a client advisor at Marsh. She will leverage her background in the surety and construction industry by bringing to bear her 20+ years of experience.
