EPIC has acquired Phillips Bros. Insurance Agency (“Phillips Bros.”), a Chicago-based, multi-line firm that focuses on private client and commercial property & casualty solutions. The strategic partnership supports the Phillips Bros. team’s growth objectives and continues to expand EPIC’s strong presence in the Chicago region.
The fifth-generation family-run firm led by father-and-son duo Kevin and Charlie Phillips joined EPIC to leverage its resource-rich platform. EPIC’s wide range of innovative risk management solutions allows the Phillips Bros. team to grow faster and bring new enhancements to their retail and private clients. The firm will continue to provide the comprehensive protection and superior customer service that clients have come to expect.

The acquisition of Phillips Bros. will further propel the firm’s growth, specifically in the Chicago area. It serves as a strategic expansion of EPIC’s private client practice, led by President of National Personal Insurance Tim Brenneman, and the commercial practice, led by EPIC Insurance Midwest President Tim Bender.
