Located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, the successful team boasts extensive experience in employee benefits design, education, and administration, specializing in strategic benefits consulting.
The team, led by Spectrum’s Founder and Principal, Wally Martyniek along with Jeff Liggett, Client Executive, and Shelley Grube, Client Manager, join EPIC’s established Grand Rapids practices as an integral part of the Midwest benefits operations. The team is eager to tap into EPIC’s resource-rich environment; specifically, data analytics and Pharmacy Benefit Management support.
“As a boutique employee benefits firm competing with the large brokerage houses, it became clear that we needed additional resources to grow. After interviewing several of the major players, I focused on EPIC. The resources were important, but the culture was the decisive factor. I could see it and feel it.
