Established Industry Executive Robert Peretti Brings Extensive Experience to the New Role
Today, we are excited to announce the appointment of Robert (“Bob”) Peretti to lead National Markets and Placement as Executive Director. In his new role, Peretti will advance the firm’s balanced approach by prioritizing strong relationships with both clients and carriers, ensuring quality outcomes through a collaborative process.
Peretti will oversee the continued development of a sustainable and efficient platform to deliver top-tier risk solutions to clients. He brings nearly four decades of experience in the commercial property & casualty industry and has devoted much of his career to the brokers and carriers space. Most recently he led broker distribution strategies at AXA XL as Chief Distribution Officer. Peretti joined EPIC on December 2, 2024.

Under the leadership of co-presidents Tom O’Neil and Philip V. Moyles, Jr., Peretti will work on fulfilling EPIC’s commitment to offering a personalized experience for clients and carriers. He will be responsible for upholding strong partnerships that improve the process and ensure a boutique client experience.
