Adam Meyerowitz co-founded Prime Risk Partners in 2014 and serves as the company’s President. Under his leadership, the company has grown to more than 600 employees and is a Top 35 U.S. Broker. Prime Risk Partners was recognized as a 2018 Georgia Fast 40 Awards recipient by ACG Atlanta, the Atlanta Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, which honors the fastest growing middle-market companies in the state. In November 2019, Prime Risk Partners became a part of EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants along with its subsidiaries ONI Risk Partners, Cook Maran & Associates, Roblin Insurance, JWF Specialty Company and Employee Plans LLC.
Prior to founding Prime Risk Partners, Adam served as the SVP and General Counsel of Beecher Carlson from 2004 – 2013 through its sale to Brown & Brown. At Beecher Carlson, he was a key member of the executive leadership team and had overall responsibility for the legal and human resources departments. Adam was responsible for management of legal affairs related to evaluating and consummating acquisitions, debt facilities, private equity financing rounds, corporate governance and executive and sales team recruitments.
Between 1999 – 2002, Adam held the role of general counsel for SynQuest and Talus Solutions, both based in the technology sector. His early career years focused on serving as a corporate attorney at King & Spalding.
Adam is a graduate of the University of Michigan and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Emory University School of Law, where he served as the Executive Articles Editor of the Law Review.
