EPIC Invests in Client Experience; Names James Enelow Executive Managing Principal
In his new role, Enelow will focus on enhancing client relationships in the evolving business landscape.
Enelow has over 30 years of experience building and leading client service teams across the U.S., U.K./Europe, and global markets. With a strong focus on client strategies and customized solutions, he has held senior leadership roles at global brokerages and insurers.
In his new role, Enelow will drive a coordinated approach to client engagement by aligning EPIC’s top talent and best-in-class solutions with clients and prospects who face high complexities. His leadership will help ensure that EPIC delivers exceptional value to its clients, strengthening long-term partnerships and expanding opportunities for new business. His areas of focus include global insurance programs, risk finance and insurance program structure, enterprise risk management, claims management, and risk mitigation strategies.
