EPIC Welcomes Rashawn Caruth to the Department of Defense SkillBridge Program
We are excited to share that Rashawn Caruth has joined the EPIC SkillBridge program as a Claims Assistant with the Northeast Risk Solutions Group, reporting to Sergio Vera.
Rashawn’s journey into insurance began during his tenure as an aircraft maintainer in the U.S. Air Force. Through the DOD SkillBridge program, he took the opportunity to transition his skills and expertise into the insurance industry. This pivot marked a significant change in his career path as he embarked on a new adventure with EPIC Insurance Brokers and Consultants.
As a SkillBridge insurance claims assistant at EPIC, Rashawn’s training encompasses a range of vital responsibilities. He diligently assesses and processes insurance claims, working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Rashawn’s strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills gained from his time in the Air Force have proven invaluable in this role, as he navigates complex claims and assists clients in their time of need.
Looking ahead, Rashawn’s goal at EPIC is to continually refine his expertise in the insurance field and contribute to the company’s mission of providing exceptional service to clients. He aspires to take on more challenging roles within the organization, eventually advancing to a position where he can play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategy and driving innovation in the insurance industry. Rashawn is passionate about delivering top-notch service and is dedicated to personal growth.
