EPIC Welcomes Chase Warren to the Department of Defense SkillBridge Program
We are excited to announce that Chase Warren has joined the EPIC SkillBridge program as a Claims Assistant.
Chase is a 20-year Retiring Air Force Veteran, beginning his journey as a Firefighter, where he held many different leadership positions throughout his career. He has spent the last four years of his military career working on his degree in Human Resources and helping others realize their dream of military service in his role as a Recruiter for the United States Air Force.
Chase is training as a Claims Assistant at EPIC Insurance Brokers and Consultants. His year of experience working in highly detailed and high-urgency roles with the military allows Chase to collaborate with his claims team at EPIC in providing excellent service in all aspects of the role. Chase is directly responsible for many aspects of claims service, including analyzing loss scenarios, reporting claims to carriers, and securing claim status updates for claims analysis leading up to Claim Review presentations. Excellent communication and organization are crucial to acting as a liaison between clients, claims adjusters, defense attorneys, and any related vendors. Chase will be instrumental in managing communication and updates with all parties involved regarding claims. Eager to learn, Chase will remain fully compliant with the laws, regulations, and program development for EPIC clients.
Chase resides in Rockledge, Florida, and is a devoted husband to his wife, Lori, and a dedicated father to their two sons. He loves all sports, including Surfing, Bowling, and Softball. We are thrilled to be working with Chase and look forward to all we will do together.
EPIC’s DOD SkillBridge program allows service members transitioning to civilian work to explore and begin a career in the insurance industry. Job openings are in roles that provide service and support to our clients and internal partners. The program enables transitioning service members to begin a lifelong successful career in the insurance brokerage industry by learning and developing skills in risk management, employee benefits, claims, and personal insurance.
