The group expands EPIC’s expertise in St. Louis, MO with a dedicated focus on Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits
We continue to expand our expertise in specialized areas with the addition of three new professionals in the Midwest. Rick Frechmann, Joleen Mayfield, and Bradley Snitzer bring decades of experience in employee benefits consulting and property and casualty sectors including manufacturing, retail, distribution, and construction. The new talent expands EPIC’s presence in the St. Louis area.

Frechmann joins as Managing Principal, and Mayfield and Snitzer each assume the role of Principal. Frechmann brings 25 years of domestic and international sales and leadership experience, and 10 years in Property & Casualty insurance. His specialties include manufacturing, retail, distribution, construction, and member-owned group captives. Mayfield draws on over 40 years of experience as a property/casualty consultant serving clients from all industries with a specific focus on construction, retail, distribution, and manufacturing. Snitzer has over 30 years of experience as an employee benefits consultant, providing strategic and impactful solutions for clients.
The additions are the latest to be attracted to EPIC’s rapid growth and commitment to specialization, further expanding the firm’s Midwest market under the leadership of the region’s president, Tim Bender. “Rick, Joleen, and Brad each have impressive track records of success for clients,” said Bender. “They recognize the immense value of gaining a deep understanding of client needs in order to develop the most effective solutions.”
