The COVID-19 pandemic has brought substantial change, and now is the time to collaborate and share our ideas, our plans and our strategies. We know that organizations are being forced to make significant changes that dramatically impact their workforce. Many have had to reduce employee hours and apply for SBA or other loans. Some are having to address the situation with layoffs and furloughs.
